Clean
Account Validation
Manual cleanup doesn't scale, and third-party cleaning services only work when the provider has that account in their database. In niche verticals, coverage gaps are a constant struggle.
Gainbox validates every account through a multi-step process. We crawl each account's website from multiple locations and IP addresses to maximize success rates, follow redirects to find where the domain actually lands, verify the content is in fact a business and not a parked page or placeholder, confirm the business is still operating, and validate that the content matches the account in your CRM.
The result: cleaner account data that enriches accurately and segments reliably.
Website Crawl
Method Multi-location, multi-IP crawl with redirect tracking
Coverage Works in niche verticals where traditional data providers have gaps
Business Verification
Checks Parked domains, placeholders, closed businesses
Validates Content matches the account in your CRM
Change Detection
Detects M&A, rebrands, domain migrations
Result Cleaner data that enriches and segments reliably

Research
AI Research & Segmentation
Gainbox builds a data universe around every account, pulling in website content, Wikipedia articles, professional networks, custom-built research articles, and more. For a typical client, this adds up to multiple terabytes of structured, queryable data.
With AI Research Agents and Elastic Search running across this data, you can enrich and segment massive datasets at speeds of up to 30,000 accounts per minute. Custom data points that would take weeks and cost a fortune with mainstream GTM tools are ready in minutes, and the quality is significantly higher because the agents are working from rich, account-specific content rather than generic third-party summaries or single-attempt web scrapes.

Model
ICP Modeling
Most ICP tools force you to compress reality into a simple scoring engine. Add ten points for this, subtract five for that. It works on a whiteboard, but it falls apart the moment your business has any real complexity to how it wins and retains customers.
Gainbox is built for that complexity. Models can include unlimited components, each driven by its own calculations, combined data points, and custom lookup tables. Instead of stripping your ICP down to fit a tool, you build the model your business actually needs.
Model Complexity
Limit Unlimited models and model components
Inputs Any data point in the platform
Custom Logic
Supports Calculations, combined data points, lookup tables
Approach Build the model your business needs, not the other way around
Multi-Dimensional Scoring
Method Combined components, not linear point scoring
Designed for Businesses with complex win patterns

Test
Analysis & Backtesting
Most teams validate their ICP model by hand-picking a set of "good" and "bad" accounts and checking which bucket they land in. The problem: you are defining the outcome before you test it. That is not validation, it is confirmation bias.
Gainbox backtests against your full dataset using a direct connection to your CRM. Every data point, every model component, and every draft model can be tested against actual performance. You choose the metrics that matter: win rate, retention, deal size, or sales efficiency, measured by dividing revenue won by the prospecting effort in each segment. The backtest is instant, and it works on any data already in the CRM or derived through AI Research Agents.

CRM Sync & Grading
With the model configured in Gainbox, every account in your CRM is graded automatically, including new accounts as they are added. Grades are calculated and pushed back to your CRM where they can be used in reports, lead routing, territory planning, and pipeline analysis.
The Grade Release system lets you freeze grades between planning cycles, so accounts don't shift unexpectedly during territory assignments or active campaigns. When you are ready, publish the updated grades on your schedule.
Gainbox currently supports full two-way sync with HubSpot and Salesforce.
Automatic Grading
Trigger New and updated accounts, continuously
Used in Reports, routing, territory planning, pipeline analysis
Grade Release
Purpose Freeze grades between planning cycles
Control Publish updated grades on your schedule
CRM Sync

Monitor
Adoption Tracking
Every ICP implementation decays over time. Sometimes because the GTM team never fully adopts it. Sometimes because the market shifts or the offering changes.
Understanding how your model is being adopted, and whether each cohort of accounts is performing as expected, is a crucial step that most teams skip. Gainbox makes adoption visible and surfaces shifts early, so they can be accounted for in model revisions before they erode results.
Adoption Monitoring
Tracks How the GTM team is using each grade cohort
Visibility Makes adoption measurable, not assumed
Drift Detection
Monitors Whether cohort performance holds over time
Alerts Surfaces shifts before they erode results
Grade Feedback Loop
How Sales reps flag disagreements on individual account grades
Result Documented feedback that informs model revisions
